Step 1: Initial enquiry
You complete the enquiry form and detail what work you would like completed with your renovation project.
One of our team will get back to you and let you know the likelihood of our ability to complete the proposed project works based on:
Where: The location of the proposed project, we only work in Canberra.
When: Your timetable and our ability to meet your expectations.
What: The proposed scope of works and our available resources.
We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the project's suitability and availability based on your preferred timelines.
Step 2: Site Inspection
For an investment of $249, we will visit your site and document all proposed works, take measurements, videos and photography.
This will be compiled into a detailed PDF report that will enable us to provide an accurate price estimation report.
Step 3: Provide you with a price estimation report.
Complementary and free of charge, and with no obligation, we will provide a detailed price estimation report based on the project requests, property condition and detailed site inspection.
Step 4: Detailed plans and drawings.
For an investment of $2850, we will provide detailed structural and project drawings that will enable us to provide you with a fixed price proposal. If you wish to proceed with us, the amount will be provided back in credit for your project
Step 5: Enter into Fixed Price Proposal and HIA agreement.
Enter into a (HIA) Housing Industry Association agreement. This will provide the legal ability to commence planning approvals and schedule work.
A deposit of 10% of the value of the agreement is payable.
